Know a company that needs an AI system or custom software? Make the introduction. When they sign a paid Blueprint, you earn €1,000, whether or not it goes further. If it becomes a build of €25,000 or more, you earn 25% of the build fee, less the €1,000 already paid, and 10% of support fees for the first 12 months.

Questions referrers ask
Do I need to sell anything?
No. An introduction to a decision-maker is enough.
When do I get paid?
Within 14 days of each payment Meraky receives from the client. If the client doesn't pay, no fee is due.
What if the Blueprint doesn't lead to a build?
You keep the €1,000. If it does lead to a build, your Build share is 25% of the build fees less the €1,000 already paid.
How long does an introduction count for?
The Blueprint or build contract must be signed within 9 months of registration.
What if the company is already talking to Meraky?
Existing conversations aren't eligible. We'll tell you within 5 business days of registration whether an introduction qualifies.
Can I refer my own employer?
Only if the company agrees in writing to the referral fees, both the Blueprint fee and the Build share. See the terms.
Do I need a contract?
Yes. Eligible referrers sign a short referral agreement before any payout.
Which currency?
Fees are paid in the currency the client pays in.

Summary terms. A written referral agreement governs payment.
01Qualifying referral
A new client introduced by you, registered through this page before first contact, who signs a paid Blueprint engagement or a development contract within 9 months of registration.
02Blueprint fee
€1,000 (or the equivalent in USD) when the referred company signs a paid Blueprint engagement (analysis and product blueprint). Payable whether or not the Blueprint converts into a build. One Blueprint fee per referred company.
03Build share
25% of the initial build fees under the first contract, where those fees are at least €25,000 (or the equivalent in USD). This includes paid discovery that forms part of that contract. Any Blueprint fee already paid for the same company is deducted from the Build share.
04Support share
10% of support and maintenance fees for the first 12 months after go-live.
05Exclusions
VAT, expenses, and third-party, licence, hosting and API costs are excluded from all calculations.
06Payment
Within 14 days of Meraky receiving each client payment, on your invoice. Nothing is due on unpaid, refunded or disputed amounts.
07Not eligible
Companies already in contact with Meraky in the 6 months before registration; existing clients; and referrals where another referrer registered first.
08Conflicts of interest
If you are an employee, officer or decision-maker at the referred company, or advise it, a fee is payable only if the company is told about the arrangement and agrees in writing. This applies to the Blueprint fee as well as the Build share.
09Your role
You are not an agent of Meraky and may not make commitments, quotes or representations on its behalf.
10Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. Meraky may request tax and business details before payment (for example a VAT number, or a W-9 or W-8BEN form). US-resident individuals paid US$600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC.
11Discretion
Meraky may decline any engagement. Changes to these terms do not affect introductions that are already registered.
